responsive staff

The location is perfect, just steps from the main square. Our room was stunning and clean with a beautiful view of the Duomo. The staff was super responsive and made our stay feel special. Breakfast had delicious options, and we loved the rooftop views! 😊

Noise at night from nearby clubs and restaurants made it tough to get quality sleep—definitely not ideal if you're planning on catching up on your Z's. The deluxe room felt smaller compared to others I've been in, and the pillows had a way of disappearing under your head with their thinness.
